Our Story
Urbanera was born from a long and hands-on journey in housing development: one that began not in a corporate office, but on construction sites and renovation projects.

The founder’s journey started with the reconstruction of old houses, transforming them into livable, well-designed homes. From there, the work naturally evolved into building individual housing units (rumah satuan), which were then sold primarily in the Bogor area. Each project added practical knowledge, market insight, and a deeper understanding of what homeowners truly need.

Over the years, this path resulted in more than 30 houses built and sold, covering renovation, construction, and end-to-end project execution. Long before Urbanera was formally established, this experience laid a strong foundation of craftsmanship, trust, and consistency.

In 2024, that journey reached a new milestone with the launch of Tahomi Ville, an exclusive residential cluster in Depok, West Java. Alongside with our partner Zafland, this project marked the official step into property development under the Urbanera name, bringing together decades of experience into a focused, branded vision.

Looking ahead, 2026 represents the next chapter. Urbanera is preparing to launch a new residential cluster, Terrawood featuring a tropical modern design and a stronger emphasis on eco-conscious living. This development reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, thoughtful design, and future-oriented communities.
